 Milan Cabbage (Brassica oleracea, sabauda), is a plant of the family Cruciferae. Includes puffed sprouts with leaves form a nice compact rounded or crushed cabbage. They are very resistant to frost. It is one of the types most prized for their flavor and texture. It is consumed mainly cooked as a vegetable and is a very popular dish in winter. It is a dish rich in vitamins A, C, calcium and high in fiber.

GENERAL TIPS FOR GROWING THE COL MILAN
