Scientific name: Cynodon dactylon.

Common name: thin grass, bermuda grass.

Description:

Tufted warm weather (c4), which requires a minimum temperature of 18 º C in the soil to germinate losing color below 12 º C. Growth as stolons and rhizomes. Maximum tolerance to drought, heat, salinity and trampling.

Uses:

Sports fields, soccer, polo, riding, fairways, tees and rough on golf courses, public and private gardening and in order to save water or growing sod.
