Common name: Elk Horn, Australian Fern

Description of the plant: in nature are epiphytes (live on the branches of other plants and extract nutrients and moisture from the surrounding air). Fronds (leaves) fertile, 25 to 90 cm are erect and stand each seedling long, divergent divided into sheets each frond two segments is divided into a number of times along its length, have a gray-green.

Spores are produced on the inner face of the segments of the end of each frond. The spore producing areas are strongly colored brown, and has the texture of velvet cloth.

Brightness: Direct sunlight in the morning.

Watering: bi-weekly in summer and in winter. Preferably by immersion.
