Seeds of common Romero

 

Rosemary is a woody shrub of highly branched evergreen, can grow up to 2 meters tall . We found green all year round, with fuzzy young stems (although the fluff is lost to grow) and aged reddish stems and the cracked bark .

 

The small and very abundant, linear leaves present . Are opposite, sessile , entire , with the edges down and dark green , while the underside will have a whitish color and are covered with hairs . In the joint area of the leaf and stem bunches floriferous born .

 

The flowers are about 5 mm long . They have the bilabiate corolla in one piece . The violet color is pale blue , pink or white, with reddish green calyx or something , also lipped and flared . Are axillary , very fragrant flowers and honey ( they contain honey) are located on top of the branches , have two curved stamens to the corolla and with a small tooth.

 

The fruit , contained in the bottom of the calyx consists of four small nuececitas obovate in tetraquenio , brownish color.
