Cuphea hyssopifolia

Common name: Cuphea, False heather, Thunder Venus.

Description of the plant: tropical evergreen shrub compactly to just over half a meter high. Its leaves, glossy dark green, are small. The flowers emerge from the armpits, purple, lavender, and more rarely in pink.

Flowering: spring to autumn.

Sun Exposure: Light live not direct.

Irrigation: abundant and the rest of the year will be reduced considering winter days can tolerate some drought.
