Lagerstroemia indica

Common name: Lagerstroemia.

Description of the plant: often multitall tree, shrub. The bark is developing prominent, smooth, pink and gray mottled, undressing each year. The leaves are small and dark green, turning yellow and orange in autumn. Flowers white, pink, mauve, purple or crimson petals curled.

Flowering: Summer and autumn.

Watering: Moderate.
