Description of the plant: erect evergreen shrub up to 2 m high and 1.5 m wide, with numerous branched stems that usually grows from the ground level. Young leaves in spring are bright pink to red then green, old leaves turn red or purple before falling again. The flowers are white.

Flowering: summer.
