Prunus laurocerasus

Common name: Smooth laurel, Laurus Real.

Description of the plant: reaches 6 meters high glossy, oval, leathery dark green measuring 10 cm long leaves. The flowers are fragrant white grouped in axillary racemes.

The seeds, because it contains hydrocyanic acid are highly toxic.

Flowering: spring.

Watering: abundant.
