Aesculus hippocastanum

Common name: Horse Chestnut.

Description of the plant: reaches 30 meters. Has the trunk developed numerous erect branches. The leaves are large and opposite, have a long petiole and are divided into 5 or 7 leaflets. The flowers are white and form pyramidal panicles.
Chestnut also known as false because its fruits have great similarity with those of external chestnut is still not edible for humans due to its high toxicity.
