Jacaranda mimosifolia

Common name: Jacaranda.

Description of the plant: it has a uniform, the main trunk has a slightly crooked and has a height of 6 to 9 m. It is a tree of average growth and longevity of over 100 years. The leaves are large, 30 to 50 cm in length, are composed, opposite, bipinnate with leaflets. Flowers 4 to 5 cm are grouped in terminal panicles erect, 20 to 30 cm are blue and purple.
