Description of the plant: It is a vigorous tree that can provide copies of up to 30 m tall. With faster growth than other species of linden trees. Give or yellowish white flowers that give off a peculiar fragrance. Fruit is a capsule.

Flowering: early summer, June.

Irrigation: regular tolerate drought.
